How to use your gift certificate
A gift certificate may be used as part or full payment on merchandise online at JQS. For online purchases you will be asked on the Payment Details page in checkout if you have any gift certificates, simply click the button within the gift certificate section to enter your card details.
Gift certificate terms and conditions
- The balance on the gift card can be used for purchases at JQS online in full or part payment.
- In the event of 12 months of consecutive non-use, the gift certificate will expire and the certificate voided.
- Certificates may not be exchanged for cash or other vouchers.
- No change will be given when a certificate is used to purchase goods or services but the balance may be applied to future purchases.
- As we do not collect information about certificate customers, we cannot replace or reimburse the value of the certificate if it is lost, stolen or damaged.
- JQS reserves the right to amend the terms applying to certificates at any time. Any such change and action to be taken as a result will be given in advance by notices online at JQS.
