Returning an item

We offer a 14 day money back guarantee.  

Please notify us within 3 days of receipt if you wish to return an item. Buyer is required to cover the cost of return postage.

If you wish to return goods, you have a duty to keep them in your possession and to take reasonable care of them until you return them. Goods must be returned in their original condition, including immediate packaging.

On receipt of your purchase, please contact customer services immediately if the item is damaged. Notification of damaged goods must be made within 3 days of receipt.

Be sure to include your customer ID, item no, and details of the damage. We can then assess the problem and ask you to return the item. Proof of postage must be retained in case of loss. All returns must be made within 14 days.

When returning faulty items, you must send them by ‘Special Delivery’ or ‘Recorded’ for insurance purposes. Faulty items not returned by this method and are lost in the post, will result in being non-refundable or replaceable.

For returns from Europe or the rest of the world, a similar service must be used, so that the item/s are fully insured and require a signature.

Once we have received the item and assessed the damage, you will either be offered a replacement or full refund. 

For health and hygiene reasons, all earrings must be returned unopened in the original packaging.

Please note that certain items cannot be returned unless JQS is at fault.

These are bespoke, re-sized rings and engraved items.
