Entry for the competition closes on the 30th September 2010.
Winners will be picked at random and informed within 14 days after the closing date. Winners will receive email confirmation with voucher codes to use online at the Jewellery Quarter Store.
The following competition rules are applicable:
1. The competition is open to UK residents aged 18. Employees of JQS and the promoters, their agents or members of their families will not be eligible to participate.
2. All entries must be made on the official JQS facebook page.
3 Entries must be received no later than 5pm on the specified closing date.
4. Only one entry per entrant (or household if so specified) will be permitted.
5. No vouchers are redeemable for cash. Vouchers can only be redeemed on products purchased online at www.jewelleryquarter.com. The vouchers can be used as full or part payment on products where applicable. Winners are responsible for payment of the balance of the goods, and must comply with Paypal rules and regulations. JQS hold no responsibility if Paypal refuse or decline any online payments. Vouchers must be redeemed on a single transaction and cannot be carried over.
6. All questions must be answered and all other entry requirements fulfilled. We require that you become a facebook fan with your name & email address in order to contact the winners.
7. No responsibility will be accepted for lost, illegible, delayed or mislaid entries.
8. The winner will be the first correct entry drawn from the total entries.
9. JQS reserves the right to publish the names of the winner.
10. Unless otherwise stated in the rules of a particular competition, there will be no cash or other alternative to the prize offered and prizes are not transferable.
11. JQS will not be liable for any circumstances beyond its reasonable control that prevent a prize being taken up by a winner.
12. No correspondence will be entered into. The decision of the judges shall be final and unchallengeable.
13. No purchase is necessary.
14. By entering the competition/promotion entrants are agreeing to abide by these rules and any conditions set out in the competition instructions.
15. Unless the entrant specifically requests to the contrary (by ticking a box provided in the competition instructions or otherwise), JQS will hold their personal data (including sensitive personal data where appropriate) on its own or a duly authorised agent's registered database.
