FAQ's

What are your office hours?
We have staff on site Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm and Saturday from 10.30 am - 4pm. (GMT).

How can I contact you?
We have placed our full contact details on the contact page with a direct email form.

What is the cost of your Postage and Packaging?
Postage is FREE for all items delivered within the UK mainland.  

What ring sizes do you stock?

 Most of our rings for ladies are available in sizes J to Q. Whilst we keep a large stock of all our rings, we cannot stock every size, so please allow additional time for your order if the size you require is not in stock. Once we receive your order, we will advise you within 24hrs if your size is currently in stock. If we do not have your size in stock we will let you know when it will be available.

What happens if you do not stock my ring size?
If you require a ring size outside of our normal range, contact us and we will order one especially for you. Your ring may take several weeks to arrive. If you want your ring more urgently, it may be possible to have the ring you have chosen resized at an additional cost. Please note, however, that some rings cannot be resized because of their style. A member of staff will advise you a particular ring can be resized. Please note that we cannot accept returns for rings which are resized or made to order.

Can you deliver outside of the UK?
As well as shipping to the UK, Ireland and The Channel Islands we also offer shipping to Australia, France, Spain, Germany, Norway, Portugal, The Netherlands, Italy and Luxembourg, the USA and Canada.

When will my order arrive?
We aim to dispatch your order within 48hrs. Orders shipped using our standard delivery service generally arrives within 1-1 working days. 

Do you have a returns policy should I want to exchange of refund?
Due to the nature of our products they may only be returned if unopened. All monies will be refunded to you minus postage and packaging costs. Postage and packing costs are not refundable as these are heavily subsidised and therefore will be deducted when a refund is issued. if items were shipped via a free shipping offer we may have to charge a small handling fee. Please always contact before returning any items.

What do I do if a product is damaged during delivery?
Give us a call immediately (during office hours) with details should there be any damage to a product on arrival.

Can I offer a separate delivery address (such as work) to the billing address?
You will have a choice of whether they have your products delivered to your billing address or another specified delivery point, however the billing address must be the address where you receive your Credit or Debit Card Statements.

Is it possible to track an order once it has been despatched?
If your order is sent via courier the account option will show tracking details. If it is sent via Royal mail recorded delivery you details can be issued on request.

It's it easy to order online?
Ordering online is the easiest way to place an order. Search through our store to find the products of your choice, add them to your basket, proceed to the check out and you can pay with your credit or debit card using the secure server payment option.

Can you store my personal information so I don't have to continue completing my information when placing an order?
Yes, register online and we can store your billing and shipping information on our secure server to save you time during checkout. To get started, click "Open an Account" on the left side of the page, sign in when prompted to do so, and access your contact, billing and shipping information. No payment details are requested.

Why didn't I receive an e-mail confirmation?
An incorrect e-mail address may have been entered, spam filters or maybe you email program blocked it. Please contact us with your order details and we will confirm that your order has been placed.

Can I order by post?
If you want to order by post please state the product(s), product code(s), colour, spec and size (if applicable), and quantity of each. You can send a cheque or postal order with your order.

Can I order by telephone?
If you'd like to order by telephone you can call us on 0844 800 8675 between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday, our team are always happy to help. Please have your Credit or Debit Card ready to complete payment of the order.

Do you have a privacy policy?
Yes, by law we are not permitted to release your details to any third party. Full details can be viewed on our Privacy Policy page

What type of payment do you accept?
We accept cheques, postal orders and credit or debit card payments via the payment gateway. We accept all major Credit and Debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, VISA Electron, Maestro, and Solo.

Is your web store secure?
Using your credit or debit card is completely safe. We want you to feel completely comfortable when shopping with us. All payments are processed through a pay gateway account using a technology called Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) that creates a secure shopping environment that authenticates your connection and encrypts sensitive information before it is sent over the Internet. Also your card details are not stored which eliminates any chance of them being found at a later date.

What type of confirmation should I expect once I have placed an order?
Shortly after you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order. This email will include your order confirmation number, order summary and other information that you might find helpful regarding your order.
