Terms & Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions conducted through our web site.

Pricing & Availability
All product prices are in £ sterling including VAT at the current UK rate and exclusive of delivery. We reserve the right to change any advertised price before accepting an order. Prices with a marked United Kingdom recommended retail price (UK RRP) refer to prices the manufacturer recommends goods are sold at in the UK market, or prices that retailers within the UK market are currently offering the same product. All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a refund for the unavailable product(s).

Product Details
Some products may have an associated image or photo, these are for reference only and should be considered illustrative. In the case of unboxed items the price of the equivalent regular goods may be shown for reference only. Some items may be marked not for individual sale. By submitting your order to us you are confirming that you are aware of this fact and do not consider this to be a problem with ordering that product. We make every effort try to ensure all products marked as such are identified on the system.

The delivery charge shown on the website is for UK mainland only. Please e-mail us for details of delivery charges outside UK mainland. Due to the nature of ordering on the Internet it is not possible for you to specify a delivery date.

Order Payment
Payment can be made using options shown at checkout, Visa or MasterCard payments through a secure gateway like PayPal or Protx and are therefore subject to the gateway terms and conditions. Any Online payments if taken are on a 128 bit secure server.

We will acknowledge complaints within 3 working days of receipt. We will endeavour to resolve any complaint within a period of 30 days.

Order Confirmation
You may be sent an e-mail confirming receipt of your order with our store. We reserve the right to decline any order.

Personal and credit card details are sent to PayPal using secure Internet Technology. We cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from our website.

Statutory Rights
These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Sales on this web site are governed by English law and you agree to submit any dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. All orders are subject to these terms and conditions, and no amendments will be accepted by us.

Returns & Order Cancellation
We do not generally sell goods on a sale or return basis. However, if the product has been damaged in transit or is faulty, please contact us within 3 days of order receipt.
When you receive your order, as per the EU Distance Selling Directive, you have up to 7 days to return the ordered products. The goods must be unused, unopened and in the same condition as they were originally despatched from us.
You must contact us by phone to confirm which items are being returned.
You will be expected to pay for the return of the goods, and any refund of this amount will be at the sole discretion of the company management.
Any free gifts associated with an item must be returned at the same time.
Please return them to the address shown on your invoice along with a note of your details and the reason for return.
Refunds will be made to the original charged account within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.
Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management.
